Currently, we only deliver within West Bengal.
❌ Delivery outside West Bengal is not available at this time.

If any person orders outside of West Bengal It will be cancelled automatically and refund will be processed.

  • Kolkata & Nearby Areas: 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities/Towns in West Bengal: 4–7 business days
  • Remote/Rural Areas of West Bengal: 7–10 business days

  • Live Fish & Plants are carefully packed with oxygen and insulation, and sent by express priority delivery to ensure safe arrival.

  • Standard shipping charges apply, depending on order size and delivery location within West Bengal.
  • Free delivery may be available on selected products or minimum order value (mentioned on product page).

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused or untampered, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.

Please note: Refunds typically take 3–7 business days under normal conditions. In some cases, it may take up to 30 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We kindly request you to wait up to a maximum of 30 days and check with your bank or card provider for updates.
